The theme for our latest breakfast weekend is going to be the Big Apple. We’re keeping it simple and going with a NY staple, The Egg and Cheese roll. Think whisked and griddled egg with American cheese folded in to create a melt in the middle breakfast roll. Pick your sauce and if you want bacon or sausage then knock yourself out!
